On-Site Accommodations

Bournedale Function Facility
Our entire ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and accommodations will be at Bournedale Function Facility. Situated on a private Plymouth retreat, bordered by a beautiful freshwater pond, Bournedale offers a taste of Cape Cod. Bournedale is only an hour outside of Boston and provides ample parking. The grounds will be open to guests at 3pm on Saturday.
Accommodations:
A large part of this unique experience is that Bournedale has on-site accommodations available to our guests.
Bournedale accommodations include the rustic, dormitory-style cabins, which have electricity, full bathrooms and gorgeous views of the pond. All cabins have twin beds and include bedding. The staff will arrange the beds and make your stay cozy before your arrival. They also provide overnight guests with towels, shampoo & soap. There are no refrigerators in the cabins.
How to stay overnight:
The invitations will include a place to mark off if you plan to stay with us at Bournedale (you can expect invites in July!) Once we know who will be staying overnight, Dan and I will assign you a cabin with people you know well to ensure you're as comfortable as possible. Sorry, private cabins will not be available.
Rate is $110 per person for Saturday night. Checks can be made payable to Liana's father, Jonas Bielkevicius.
*PLEASE NOTE - This fee MUST be included with the RSVP card, or sent to us by August 1st (or at the absolute latest 8/15) in order for us to start organizing the sleeping arrangements (sorry, Bournedale's rules)*
Our Address is:
Dan Pike & Liana Bielkevicius
12219 Pacific Ave #3
Los Angeles, CA 90066
Bonfire!
Overnight guests are welcome to join us after the reception for a bonfire! Though the bar will be closed, please feel free to bring your own libations by the firepit - Bournedale will provide coolers & ice. Unfortunately, if you're not staying overnight, you cannot stay for the bonfire due to Bournedales concerns with driving late into the evening from their facility (Sorry). We can use the bonfire untill 1am, afterwhich we can move to the arcade rec hall.
**TAXI CAB**
If you use a professional driver (taxi or hired driver) to get yourself home or back to your hotel, Guests can stay for the bonfire or as late as they'e like. Try to plan ahead because cape cod cabs are not like city cabs. Here are some options:
Bourne Bridge 24HR Taxi: 508-564-7500 (they suggested calling a day ahead, but certainly may be avalable day of)
Mayflower Taxi 508-746-8294
Uber: get the app and see if there's a car nearby!
Lincoln car/van services - many options in plymouth or on the cape, but you wold have to call ahead to get rates.
Want a hotel instead?
If you would prefer to stay in a local hotel, please see the Hotels tab for suggestions (we won't judge).
Sunday:
All guests are welcome to join us on sunday morning; this includes anyone who decided not to stay overnight with us as well as all children!
The newly renovated indoor pool and hot tub will be open to all guests sunday morning! So be sure to bring your swimsuit if you would like to enjoy a morning dip!
Sunday Brunch:
From 9-10am on Sunday, all our guests are welcome to come for Brunch (whether you stayed overnight, or not - this farewell brunch is for all our invited guests). Bournedale puts on quite a feast and Liana & Dan would love to see you all one last time before they leave for their honeymoon that morning!
Children:
Sorry, we didn't have capacity for children to sleepover or join the festivities the evening of the wedding. However, we would love to see them the next morning:)
Kids are welcome to have breakfast with us and take a swim in the pool Sunday morning! Liana and Dan would love to give hugs and kisses to them!
What to Wear:
Semiformal attire. Ladies - if you're wondering if you should wear heels; FYI the only time you will really be on grass is during the ceremony & some of cocktail hour. Wedges might be most comfortable, but the reception is in a typical hall with hardwood floors. You will be able to change into casual clothes before the bonfire too.
